Lara has over two decades of experience in advertising and media with a unique 360-degree view inside the Digital and TV ecosystem with both a corporate and a political/advocacy lens. She has worked within Demand Side Platforms, Supply Side Platforms, Data Driven Managed Media Buying Services, Owned and Operated TV Networks, Stand Alone TV Streaming Services (AVOD, Virtual MVPD), Online Radio and Broadcast Radio groups, and has been a part of the TV Upfronts and Newfronts. Lara has been intimately involved in connected TV Supply and Pricing, Data Partners, and Measurement for Converged TV strategies.
She has orchestrated hundreds of persuasive paid media and data-driven campaigns of all levels. She has led media campaigns for a wide range of National, State, and DC-focused political, advocacy and corporate efforts, particularly in heavily regulated industries such as energy, finance and healthcare. In 2020 and 2022, Lara provided oversight and governance to $100M+ in ad spending.
Lara has built teams and grown revenue exponentially starting from zero for a wide range of business size units including driving upper eight figures for a start-up, advising technology firms in business development and category growth, as well as growing a Fortune 10 company’s revenue within the political category by 11X and overseeing a 9-figure annual budget. In addition to driving traditional business revenue, she has negotiated hundreds of MSAs and media contracts, led complex deals and developed unique media partnerships to maximize political and issue media campaigns.
Lara has experience leading cross-functional teams of product, marketing, customer success, sales, operations, legal, and creative audit to develop media product offerings, pricing strategies, business partnerships and launch go-to-market strategies for paid media advertising designed to change hearts and minds.
Lara is a public speaker, angel investor and agile in dynamic and changing environments.
